HARAKH is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Each piece is shipped from our atelier in New York, NY, with delivery typically within 3–4 business days, following a production lead time of 7–10 days. To ensure safe and secure delivery of your precious items, signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.

All packages are fully insured and trackable until they reach your doorstep.
- HARAKH reserves the right to hold or decline shipment to addresses where secure delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accompanying materials are included.

The item has not been altered, resized, engraved, or customized.
- Complimentary return pickup is available within the United States for all authorized returns.

The piece passes inspection by our quality assurance team.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Exchanges & Online Store Credit
Your confidence in selecting a HARAKH creation is important to us. If your selection is not exactly as envisioned, you may return your piece within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or online store credit.

High-Value Items

For pieces exceeding $50,000 USD, refunds are not offered.
